Cancellation Policy
— DEPOSITS —
A booking fee is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. This will go towards your total service balance and the remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.
— CANCELLATION + NO SHOW CLIENT —
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in a forfeited deposit and 50% charge of booked service.
No call/no show clients will have their deposit forfeited and be charged 100% of the booked service.
Please understand that time is set aside for your appointment and without proper notice we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment time.
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Me as soon as possible to reschedule.
